It was great talking with our salesman, and how he was providing us with the best service he could. we shopped at other car lots throughout the day and we were NOT going to purchase that day. However, our salesman was on top of doing what he could to be satisfied with purchasing a brand new vehicle for the right price! One thing I was dissatisfied about was the cleaning of the car. We were in the process of getting all the paperwork complete and waiting to meet with the finance department, as we were told they were washing the vehicle to get ready for us to drive home. When it was time to go, the vehicle was washed on the outside, but the armor all on the tires looked awful, and the touch screen in the vehicle still had fingerprints on it from people previously touching it. I love our new vehicle, but it would have been nice to receive our vehicle in cleaner shape, as we did purchase this vehicle for our family to enjoy.

Offered a free car wash, I declined so that I could get back on the road. The big screen TV was a nice touch to the waiting room. Now if they would just serve popcorn it would have been a perfect afternoon.
