My vehicle needed a new part, but I was not told about it until I checked out. I would have preferred to have been notified and approved the part to be installed.

Only July 21, 2025. I went to Galles Chevrolet and purchased a 2025 Chevy Colorado, with only 1 mile on it. They had just taken the vehicle off of the fleet truck.
