I was traveling when the check engine light came on along with the cruise disengaging. Jamie the service writer got me in early the tech found the issue ( loose sensor) and got me back on the road!

The service was excellent. The customer service was horrible, I got there about 12:30 or 12:45 there was no one at the counter several people came in and out but never acknowledged me. The manager came into the area did something then left, he came back so I asked him if there was anyone here he said she's at lunch so he finally ended up helping me, which felt like an inconvenience. I was there about 15 minutes without any acknowledgement so disappointed.

We were 1000 miles from home when our car started flashing codes. We got to the dealership at 4:55 pm on Thursday evening, just minutes before closing. Chelsea helped us and and was upfront about how long it would take and called daily.
