I went in for an oil change and I was out in time for an appointment. We always go to Galles Chevrolet for service on our vehicles. The service team is great and very professional.

Galles Chevrolet Service Department has been fair and efficient with the service needs of my 2022 Silverado 1500 Trail boss Custom. Last year the L87 engine in my truck spun 6 rod bearings and Galles was my choice for the repair. Galles was able to determine that it was a situation covered by the warranty. I was surprised when they were able to source me a new engine so quickly. There were a lot of people all over the country waiting months for an engine but Galles was able to get mine and install it in under a month. The nice thing is during that time I was supplied with a loaner vehicle in the form of a new 4X4 Equinox. I decided that after I got my truck back to consider them for the service going forward. I was surprised to find when I price shopped their oil changes that they are actually cheaper than Jiffy Lube or any of the other oil change chains when comparing the proper oil being used. On top of that they just don't conduct an oil change they also check for recalls and also check all of the other recommended maintenance items that the oil change joints can't, won't, or don't have the tools to complete. This last time Galles actually took care of a few updates on my computer and checked alignment and torque of suspension fasteners. Jiffy Lube does not do that for $108. The service writer was extremely professional and was sure to explain everything that was done on my truck. They also always check with you before doing anything else than what was scheduled. No one knows my truck better than Chevy and I feel confident having this caliber of service being performed on my investment. The kicker is they offer all of this for the same price range as Jiffy Lube. I always get my truck back running as smooth as glass. Thank you Galles for excellent and honest service.

My 2024 Equinox was getting repaired and we went to get a loaner. After explaining why we were there to Ramiro (who by the way is amazing), I drove out in a new 2027 Equinox. I highly recommend that's who you see at Galles! Amanda was amazing as well!
