Pablo, our sales representative, was professional, kind, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. He even worked out a deal for us on his day off and came in that same day to finalize everything, which we truly appreciated. Sergio in finance and Nicholas, the manager, were also excellent to work with and made the process smooth from start to finish. They provided a great offer on our trade-in and were able to secure a new loan through a local credit union we had worked with previously. Out of all the dealerships we have encountered, this has been the best experience by far. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Galles Chevrolet to anyone.

I was nursing a slow leak in my left front tire, so I was due for an oil change and asked Kimberly if her Tech could take a look at it. This was on a Saturday afternoon and I told her I wasn't in a rush and it could wait until Monday to be looked at. Within a few hours I received a phone call that the oil change was done and and they found the air leak. I approved the repair and within another hour everything was wrapped. I was already home and picked it up Monday morning where I found it in front waiting for me. I highly recommend Galles and their team of professionals.
