I was nursing a slow leak in my left front tire, so I was due for an oil change and asked Kimberly if her Tech could take a look at it. This was on a Saturday afternoon and I told her I wasn't in a rush and it could wait until Monday to be looked at. Within a few hours I received a phone call that the oil change was done and and they found the air leak. I approved the repair and within another hour everything was wrapped. I was already home and picked it up Monday morning where I found it in front waiting for me. I highly recommend Galles and their team of professionals.

The first vehicle I looked at wouldn't even start so they had to jump it. Then when I got into the truck all these alarms and warnings were going off and then the parking break would not disengage. I was ready to say forget it because I was afraid that this truck was a lemon and there was no way I was going to buy it. Jacob(salesperson) and the manager(sorry forgot his name) were very apologetic, nice and professional. They found me the truck I wanted even though it was not the color I wanted, and the manager offered me a discount for all the troubles. Everyone at Galles is very nice. I especially want to thank Jacob and Jon(Finance) for answering all my questions.
